Lots are not available for individual purchase, however, lots that have not been already purchased by a builder are available for selection by an individual. That individual would then choose a builder (from the Cazador builder team) to build the perfect home.

We have 207 homesites planned, although development plans and future phases are subject to change. The community will also feature as part of that 207 homesite, an estate section of 42 homes, with larger lots for those needing a bit more space.
